SHARE HAPPINESS AND LOVE THAT YOU HAVE INSIDE

tumblr_mfehprnANV1rs9omco1_500No matter how far away we fall from our dreams,

God gives us another day with a full brightening landscape for our souls, just to make sure that we are going to try again.

..and again..and again…

There will be no limit to try for our goals in order to find our happiness.

We are the only creatures knowing the meaning of it. We are the ones who can describe it even with the many different vocabulary but still using happiness as a life adaptor.

Happiness is a connection between a soul and the life of its. It’s something more necessary than other cliches.

Because we all know that ‘staying alive’ will not be enough to ‘feel alive’.

Many people coming from many different backgrounds; wll still defend their own happy moments in ordar to describe how they feel in a new stituation whilw meeting each other.

It can look like a pschological experiment but it is true that when you are unconfortable in a position; you will automaticly remember your happy memories to survive there.

happinessIMAGEEven that coffe in the morning or your breakfast with your family will be rapidly becoming your last precious moments in your life with no background stiories that you had too tho.

In any moment that you feel unconfortable within, your brain will collobarate in the same path remindering you how happy you were before.

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging fromcontentment to intense joy.

A variety ofbiological, psychological, religious and philosophical approaches have striven to define happiness and identify its sources.

Various research groups, including positive psychology,

endeavor to apply the scientific method to answer questions about what “happiness” is, and how it might be attained.

Philosophers and religious thinkers often define happiness in terms of living a good life, or flourishing,

rather than simply as an emotion. Happiness in this sense was used to translate the Greek Eudaimonia,

and is still used in virtue ethics.

Happiness economics suggests that measures of public happiness

should be used to supplement more traditional economic measures when evaluating the success of public policy.

Even though there are many scientific explanations about happiness itself;

we should be just aware of its being a God-given gift,

and it is also about appreciating ‘good’ moments that we have in your lives…

love-happiness-girl-heart-valentines-1920x1200We have so much love we have in our souls. We need to share it as much as we can too.

Remember when you step by a street worker, saying him just a little ‘Hi!…

You would be able to see him happier then that one minute ago.

This is simply ‘HAPPINESS’…

WHICH I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT JUST LOVE AFFAIRS AND SUCH.

I’M TALKIN ABOUT LOVING YOUR “CO-LIVER”, THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW MANY OF THEM PERSONALLY…

I’M TALKIN ABOUT SHARING HAPPINESS WITHOUT WAITING A BAD TIME COMES TO MAKE YOU REMEMBER HOW HAPPY YOU WERE BEFORE…

AND HOW MUCH HAPPINES YOU HAVE INSIDE

AND YOU ARE ABLE TO SHARE WITH ALL PEOPLE AROUND.

Just like an angel comes and shows…

Bacuse we all know that motivation makes life easier;

Motivations direct and energize behavior, while emotions provide the affective component to motivation, positive or negative.

In the early 1970s, Paul Ekman and colleagues began a line of research that suggests that many emotions are universal.

He found evidence that humans share at least five basic emotions: fear, sadness, HAPPINESS, anger, and disgust.

Social emotions evidently evolved to motivate social behaviors that were adaptive in the EEA.

For example, spite seems to work against the individual but it can establish an individual’s reputation as someone to be feared.

Shame and pride can motivate behaviors that help one maintain one’s standing in a community, and self-esteem is one’s estimate of one’s status.

The path is not that long actually…

The path is not that long actually…

Our past years may appear quite suddenly… Retrospective understanding is no cure to our experiences; neither is it worthwhile to worry about the future…

It is us and us only who have registered the personal memories; and no one else will ever know what has occurred and why in our souls.

No one will ever know the depth of our angers or our loves. Although this whole life may seem as small as a theater stage, there is a huge backstage to this play…

I wonder if this why we often say “God is my witness”?

Is it the aloneness of being the only witness that we yearn to have other witnesses?

And if we and God are the only witnesses, why do we still bother our minds within the corridors of our memories to undertand and to explain our non-reversible lives?

Shouldn’t we allow all to pass through our hands and hearts?

Silent and falseless loneliness is strong and free and does not even allow us to hurt ourselves.

Let all those hands, affections, rebellions, worries remain in silence in the songs and in the pictures…

Let us leave the scarecrows of our fields frighten the crow-shaped resentments..

Let us walk through lives, roads, people.

All that we worry should be limited to the indecisions we have when faced with choices..

It shouldn’t be that hard to keep in mind that the present moment is all the life.

Shoulders high, chest full, forehead bright…that is how we should keep walking in the pace of the moment.

“We” in our minds should always be the momentary WE…

Our road should always be illuminated by our hopes, our loves and our expectations. Our future should never be defeated. Haven’t we spent all those years to find out the truth?

Now, all that remains for us to do is to practice, practice so that our path shines brightly…

Jalal ad-Dīn Muhammad Rumi

Rumi’s importance is considered to transcend national and ethnic borders. His poems have been widely translated into many of the world’s languages and transposed into various formats. In 2007, he was described as the “most popular poet in America.

Rumi’s works are written in the New Persian language and his Mathnawi remains one of the purest literary glories of Persia, and one of the crowning glories of the Persian language. A Persian literary renaissance (in the 8th/9th century), alongside the development of Sufism, started in regions of Sistan, Khorāsān and Transoxiana and by the 10th/11th century, it reinforced the Persian language as the preferred literary and cultural language in the Persian Islamic world. His original works are widely read today in their original language across the Persian-speaking world (Iran, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and parts of Persian speaking Central Asia).Translations of his works are very popular in other countries. His poetry has influenced Persian literature as well as Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish and some other Iranic, Turkic and Indic languages written in Perso-Arabic script e.g. Pashto, Ottoman Turkish, Chagatai language and Sindhi.

“Why should I seek? I am the same as
He. His essence speaks through me.

I have been looking for myself”

“Come, come, whoever you are,
Wanderer, idolater, worshiper of fire,
Come even though you have broken your vows a thousand times,
Come, and come yet again.
Ours is not a caravan of despair”

It is often said that the teachings of Rumi are ecumenical in nature. For Rumi, religion was mostly a personal experience and not limited to logical arguments or perceptions of the senses.Creative love, or the urge to rejoin the spirit to divinity, was the goal towards which every thing moves. The dignity of life, in particular human life (which is conscious of its divine origin and goal), was important…

Rumi-Quote the_breeze_rumi

Rumi was an evolutionary thinker in the sense that he believed that the spirit after devolution from the divine Ego undergoes an evolutionary process by which it comes nearer and nearer to the same divine Ego.  All matter in the universe obeys this law and this movement is due to an inbuilt urge (which Rumi calls “love”) to evolve and seek enjoinment with the divinity from which it has emerged. Evolution into a human being from an animal is only one stage in this process. The doctrine of the Fall of Adam is reinterpreted as the devolution of the Ego from the universal ground of divinity and is a universal, cosmic phenomenon. The French philosopher Henri Bergson‘s idea of life being creative and evolutionary is similar, though unlike Bergson, Rumi believes that there is a specific goal to the process: the attainment of God. For Rumi, God is the ground as well as the goal of all existence.

However Rumi need not be considered a biological evolutionary creationist. In view of the fact that Rumi lived hundreds of years before Darwin, and was least interested in scientific theories, it is probable to conclude that he does not deal with biological evolution at all. Rather he is concerned with the spiritual evolution of a human being: Man not conscious of God is akin to an animal and true consciousness makes him divine. Nicholson has seen this as a Neo-Platonic doctrine: the universal soul working through the various spheres of being, a doctrine introduced into Islam by Muslim philosophers like Al Farabi and being related at the same time to Ibn Sina‘s idea of love as the magnetically working power by which life is driven into an upward trend.

I GAVE YOU ALL THESE INFORMATION FOR A REASON:

forgiveness

AND

Love friendship quotes

THAT WE ALL NEED FOR LIFE BUT FOR A ‘REAL’ LIFE THAT WE ALWAYS DREAM ABOUT…

IF YOU ASK ME:

cant forgive

THEN IT MEANS THAT YOU STUCK IN A MATERIAL WORLD FULL OF PAIN AND WARS THAT YOU DO NOT BELONG TO…

I DID SO MANY MISTAKES IN MY LIFE.. SO MUCH THAT I STILL CAN NOT FORGET. THOSE CHOICES THAT I MADE AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES THAT HURT ME SO DEEP, WERE MY BURDENS THROUGH MY HEART AND MY LIFE. I COULD NOT TAKE A STEP OUT FROM MY PAIN UNTIL I LEARNED TO FORGIVE MYSELF AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE MY REASONS OR WHO WERE A PART OF MY CONSEQUENCES.

WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER, THOSE PROBLEMS WERE JUST A DESTINY FROM MY POINT OF VIEW. THEN I REALIZED THAT THERE WERE ALL ABOUT ME AND MY CHOICES FOR MY FUTURE.

I WAS ALWAYS LISTENING A SUFI MUSIC WHEN I WAS HURT AND HOPELESS. I STILL REMEMBER HOW I WAS GETTING BETTER WHILE EACH SONG ON MY MUSIC ARCHIVE GOES ON….

I NEVER LEARNED ABOUT RUMI OR ANY THOUGHT ACCORDINGLY… BUT GETTING OLDER GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO ANALYZE WHAT I HAD AND WHAT I ALWAYS WILL HAVE: A SOUL TRYING TO REACH TO PARASIDE. BUT THIS PARADISE WASN’T SOMETHING RELATED TO THE DEATH. IT WAS A PART OF OUR LIFE. IT WAS ON EARTH…

ALL WE NEED TO DO IS TO ACCEPT WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DID. PAST IS PAST AND WE STILL HAVE OUR FUTURE…

THIS IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION.

THIS IS ABOUT OUR SOULS.

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FORGIVENESS AND LOVE INSIDE YOUR HEART.

AND I DON’T SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO FORGET; JUST FORGIVE ANYTHING THAT HURTS YOU.  START WITH YOURSELF. BUT WITHOUT USING YOUR WORDLY EXCUSES THAT YOUR USED TO LIVE WITH, UNTIL TODAY. THEN THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO PURPOSELY OR NOT TOOK A STEP IN YOUR LIFE AND WASTED YOUR LOVE, CARE, TRUST OR ANYTHING YOU WERE ‘GIVING’ THEM.

YOU CAN’T LIVE WITH ALL THAT PRIDE, HATE AND ANGER…

THEN LOVE YOURSELF.

LOVE, BECAUSE YOU WERE A GOOD FIGHTER WHO SURVIVED THROUGH MANY MISTAKES OR MOST DEFINITELY ‘EXPERIENCES’!

AFTER THAT, MAKE A DEAL WITH YOURSELF:

DO NOT EVER REPEAT YOUR PAST CHOICES.

self-forgiveness

YOU WILL SEE THE GATES OF YOUR PARASIDE…

AND YOU WILL FIND MORE LOVE THEN.

WE ARE ALL UNIQUE CREATIONS, WE ARE ALL MADE PERFECT. BUT WE NEED TO WORK HARDER ON OUR SPIRITS. THAT’S ALL…

To BE and To LOVE

Kalp--11

I was living my hell in others panaromic paradises…

All my pain and suffer taught me to fight against my own damons.

And finally i reached to a level to succeed to be alive and to be more ‘human’.

I learned how important it was to be than to have.

‘Importance of my soul instead of my aristotelian logic’

Then I learned to love ME… too.

It was a long process and a real big deal for me. I had to define my priorities and needs in the first place. But i shouldn’t be selfish though.

It’s all about definitions and implications. It’s also about reading between the lines written by your heart to your eyes.

The world was much more than we could see or touch.

It took days and even weeks to internalize listening the symphony of the nature around me. Wind and rain were just a beginning. Step by step ears start to focus on the melody of stars and sun… Clouds start to dance with the rythm of the time and life restarts again for those new born souls.  First you feel like elementary student; everything has to be learned from the beginning. Colors, textures, sounds and emotions are going to be reshaped by new experiences. It can be defined as experimental existantialism. Each and every move that you make through moments you become more able to feel your existence than you did in your past.

First, you stop being a part of the materialist clan in which you used to live… Shopping means nothing to you anymore, and most commonly starts to be seen as a ‘ waste of money and time’.  You start to think that the idea of “less is more” could be your bottom line and  you realize that you already have too much to even share. Then you start questioning why you stay in that town, or in that job, from a point of view of being happy. Here comes the definition of happiness. Each definition has its own root, which is born in your inner self, when you were just a child.

Think about your childhood dreams and joys. When you had that kinda freedom to draw your own world. Those days when your were trying to give an answer to the question of “which do you prefer? flying or being invisible”. It was something so important for you and for your friends. They were pushing your decision making power through your character if they could be your friends or not. It was just that simple.  Most common answer was ‘flying’.

Now think about flying…

When we grew up, we lost our innocence.

Actually we didn’t loose it my friends. We just kept it as a secret to protect our hearts. Finally this decision that we have been taught in our whole life, made us a little bit solid and dark.

That darkness can be illuminated by peace and love. All you need is to make a peace with your own soul and love you own dreams.
