SHARE HAPPINESS AND LOVE THAT YOU HAVE INSIDE

tumblr_mfehprnANV1rs9omco1_500No matter how far away we fall from our dreams,

God gives us another day with a full brightening landscape for our souls, just to make sure that we are going to try again.

..and again..and again…

There will be no limit to try for our goals in order to find our happiness.

We are the only creatures knowing the meaning of it. We are the ones who can describe it even with the many different vocabulary but still using happiness as a life adaptor.

Happiness is a connection between a soul and the life of its. It’s something more necessary than other cliches.

Because we all know that ‘staying alive’ will not be enough to ‘feel alive’.

Many people coming from many different backgrounds; wll still defend their own happy moments in ordar to describe how they feel in a new stituation whilw meeting each other.

It can look like a pschological experiment but it is true that when you are unconfortable in a position; you will automaticly remember your happy memories to survive there.

happinessIMAGEEven that coffe in the morning or your breakfast with your family will be rapidly becoming your last precious moments in your life with no background stiories that you had too tho.

In any moment that you feel unconfortable within, your brain will collobarate in the same path remindering you how happy you were before.

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging fromcontentment to intense joy.

A variety ofbiological, psychological,religious and philosophical approaches have striven to define happiness and identify its sources.

Various research groups, including positive psychology,

endeavor to apply the scientific method to answer questions about what “happiness” is, and how it might be attained.

Philosophers and religious thinkers often define happiness in terms of living a good life, or flourishing,

rather than simply as an emotion. Happiness in this sense was used to translate the Greek Eudaimonia,

and is still used in virtue ethics.

Happiness economics suggests that measures of public happiness

should be used to supplement more traditional economic measures when evaluating the success of public policy.

Even though there are many scientific explanations about happiness itself;

we should be just aware of its being a God-given gift,

and it is also about appreciating ‘good’ moments that we have in your lives…

love-happiness-girl-heart-valentines-1920x1200We have so much love we have in our souls. We need to share it as much as we can too.

Remember when you step by a street worker, saying him just a little ‘Hi!…

You would be able to see him happier then that one minute ago.

This is simply ‘HAPPINESS’…

WHICH I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT JUST LOVE AFFAIRS AND SUCH.

I’M TALKIN ABOUT LOVING YOUR “CO-LIVER”, THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW MANY OF THEM PERSONALLY…

I’M TALKIN ABOUT SHARING HAPPINESS WITHOUT WAITING A BAD TIME COMES TO MAKE YOU REMEMBER HOW HAPPY YOU WERE BEFORE…

6418B36294E4419DAAFEC15E6F03BC57.ashxTODAY CAN BE THAT DAY YOU REALIZE AND YOU FEEL HOW HAPPY YOU ARE;

AND HOW MUCH HAPPINES YOU HAVE INSIDE

AND YOU ARE ABLE TO SHARE WITH ALL PEOPLE AROUND.

Just like an angel comes and shows…

Bacuse we all know that motivation makes life easier;

Motivations direct and energize behavior, while emotions provide the affective component to motivation, positive or negative.

In the early 1970s, Paul Ekman and colleagues began a line of research that suggests that many emotions are universal.

He found evidence that humans share at least five basic emotions: fear, sadness, HAPPINESS, anger, and disgust.

Social emotions evidently evolved to motivate social behaviors that were adaptive in the EEA.

For example, spite seems to work against the individual but it can establish an individual’s reputation as someone to be feared.

Shame and pride can motivate behaviors that help one maintain one’s standing in a community, and self-esteem is one’s estimate of one’s status.

CONNECT to LIFE

206821_1996858409524_1485397876_2297753_1127141_nSome mornings I miss my childhood or maybe even my whole life before “technology” so much;

living with no attachment to the machines like computers, cellphones or even internet…

I miss those times especially when the first thing I have to do is to check my e-mails,

writing notes down on my agenda, and to decide how I’m going to use my day planning by every single hour that I have.

Having no coincidences and suprises in my daily life is breaking me apart…

The hurting part is not living with deadlines or hurry;

just this slavery to our computers and smartphones that we have.

Being unable to use and feel the time and being totally away from that talent ‘to keep in mind’ what we have to do.

Most of my friends forgot to use an agenda; they lost their understanding of calendar and time because of their smartphones.

Life became something that when you hear an alarm informing  you… Something that we connect instead of live it…

Watches are becoming useless and mostly unimportant to have,

or just a symbol of wealth instead of being masters of ‘time’; they loose their meaning day  by day,

because people prefers to check their smartphones and they trust them more than anything else.

watchSo companies try different and joyful ways to make us remember the meaning of watches.

But even they know that watch means ‘money’ not time anymore…

Same issue is a problem also with agendas and such…

agenda1I remember the days that people were so excited to buy a brand new agenda each year.

The importance of the papers quality, the joy to write things down…

“trusting to your own handwriting and trying to write as good as you can”…

In those days, your agenda was your symbol of your charactesrand anything to note down was important.

For example we used to take notes about our friends birthdays, we were checking the days, counting them, waiting for them with no alert needed.

Honestly, I still keep an agenda and I still wear my watches; I still love papers and pencils. But I think each day I’m becoming more “extinct”.

Everyone is asking me ‘why’ I still buy them or use them as we have our cellphones and so on instead…

And my answer is:

I prefer being as human as I can 🙂

I PREFER TO LIVE, INSTEAD OF TO CONNECT TO LIFE.

Being HAPPY and Living LIKE A CHILD

Psychologist divide our life in periods calling them ‘critical periods in development’:

*Toddlerhood:

Babies between ages of one and two are called toddlers. In this stage, intelligence is demonstrated through the use of symbols, language use matures, and memory and imagination are developed. Thinking is done in a non-logical, nonreversible manner. Egocentric thinking predominates.

*Early childhood:

When children attend preschool, they broaden their social horizons and become more engaged with those around them. Impulses are channeled into fantasies, which leaves the task of the caretaker to balance eagerness for pursuing adventure, creativity and self-expression with the development of responsibility. If caretakers are properly encouraging and consistently disciplinary, children are more likely to develop positive self-esteem while becoming more responsible, and will follow through on assigned activities.

*Adolescence:

Adolescence is the period of life between the onset of puberty and the full commitment to an adult social role, such as worker, parent, and/or citizen. It is the period known for the formation of personal and social identity and the discovery of moral purpose. Intelligence is demonstrated through the logical use of symbols related to abstract concepts and formal reasoning. A return to egocentric thought often occurs early in the period.

*Early adulthood:

The person must learn how to form intimate relationships, both in friendship and love. The development of this skill relies on the resolution of other stages. It may be hard to establish intimacy if one has not developed trust or a sense of identity. If this skill is not learned the alternative is alienation, isolation, a fear of commitment, and the inability to depend on others.

*Middle age:

Middle adulthood generally refers to the period between ages 40 to 60. During this period, middle-aged adults experience a conflict between generativity and stagnation. They may either feel a sense of contributing to society, the next generation or their immediate community or a sense of purposelessness.

*Old age:

This stage generally refers to those over 60–100 years. According to Erikson’s Theory of Psychosocial Development, old age is the stage in which individuals assess the quality of their lives. In reflecting on their lives, people in this age group develop a feeling of integrity if deciding that their lives were successful or a feeling of despair if evaluation of one’s life indicates a failure to achieve goals.

BUT WHAT ABOUT SEEING THESE ADULTS PLAYING AS CHILDREN AND BEING FREE MINDED AND ACTING FREE…

That’s the definition of happiness:

breaking all the rules that we have been learned by our social interactions

and

becoming ageless.

Even if we live in a physical world and getting older in a physical meaning;

we actually belong to an emotional world which our thoughts about ages don’t count. We are basicly free to shape our lives without thinking and also blaming our age.

There is no calendar of feelings.

There is no boundaries and rules.

In psychology, Adler became famous by his definitions that he gave:

Adler refused to limit psychology to analysis, making the important point that aspirations look forward and do not limit themselves to unconscious drives or to childhood experiences. He also originated the concepts of lifestyle (1929 — he defined “lifestyle” as an individual’s characteristic approach to life, in facing problems) and of self-image, a concept that influenced management under the heading of work-life balance.

Carl Gustav Jung made contributions to personal development with his concept of individuation, which he saw as the drive of the individual to achieve the wholeness and balance of the Self.

Whatever the nature of his Dream, a young man has the developmental task of giving it greater definition and finding ways to live it out. It makes a great difference in his growth whether his initial life structure is consonant with and infused by the Dream, or opposed to it. If the Dream remains unconnected to his life it may simply die, and with it his sense of aliveness and purpose.

All theoretical and scientific explanations stop in a point that:

LIFE BELONGS US.

WE SHAPE OUR LIVES.

WE SHAPE OUR AGES.

AND BEING HAPPY IS TOTALLY RELATED TO OUR OWN PERSPECTIVE OF LIFE.

If you don’t have (or even if you have) physical disabilities; WALK-RUN-JUMP AND LAUGH ENOUGH TO HEAR YOUR SOUL.

SNOW AND SUN, RAIN AND WIND are just for us. All we have to do is having fun of them with no thinking about our age.

I don’t tell you to act like children:

I suggest you TO FEEL AND BE HAPPY LIKE CHILDREN.

Freedom

freedom

How can we define ‘freedom’ ?

Each of us is born in a different socio-economic status and in a different social network… Each society defines its unique borders and significances which are related to their history and belief systems.

We are forced to adapt and to choice our positions and roles in our society.

There are many rules and regulations to maintain our societies continuity.

We are shaped by even custom and usage. We have different traditions… We should live conventionally…
Even in sense of family, we are committed to our family members and to our ancestors.

We have an order which keeps us respectful…

And there is an issue called ‘money’… Which creates modern ‘economical’ slavery.

If we decide to rise up and if we choose to not go to work each day on time, our “owners” will fire us and replace us just in a minute. To be fired will not make us free, but we will be broke instead. We have banks just as our ‘Big Brothers’ who are ‘watching’ us. Debts, credits, our signitures will be against us the day after…

We have governments which decide for us. Decisions are in many sense, like how much money we should spend each mounth to LIVE. Gas, water, electricity…

We can not just go to a forest and start to our new life. We need permissions and payments to stay there… And remember, if you are born in a city and especially if you lived there in your whole life, probably you won’t have the capacity and talent to survive in nature just by your own tho…

We all have different addictions too… These addictions can be illegal but also can be too legal like coffee! Most common addictions are internet, cell phone, car, money, house or even shoes (for women)…

Story begins with our birthdays;

we can not choose our name, religion or future until we become acceptable by our society with the age of maturity. Even then, many of us can not change their religion and gender; or even if they can change it they just won’t be accepted by their own society. Changing names and surnames will not delete their past or families.  The ideas about their own dreams and goals may always cause fights among their family members. Most of our education is decided by our parents. Sometimes we are forced to work in our family companies too.

But we still believe that we are free.. (?)

Actually, YES.

Because we are free to reacreate our lives. If we can leave our possessions and addictions, we can think more clearly and we can start to a new life.

Do not think about others thoughts for you.

Do not overvalue what you buy or you want to buy.

Do not underestimate the power of your innerself.

Do not waste your time on your past.

If you can see that happiness doesn’t come with the money, you can be able to be happy with your job. Choose your dream job according to your talents or to your definitions on being peaceful. Because I believe that if a person does his/her best, earning money will be much more easier… Happy at work means happy at home too…

Choose what you need instead of what you want…

Stop wasting money on unnecessary shopping. This can make you free in an economical point of view.  Remember that all those advertisements, magazines and such are the weapons of modern slavery. They are not for you or for your happines. Their aim is just to catch you and to own you. Their bottom line is to make happy their company owners and so on. You are just a ‘pawn’… If you do not have money, you will be easily eliminated by the system and you will forced to face with the banks.

YOU ARE PRECIOUS AND IMPORTANT. YOU ARE UNIQUE. CARE FOR YOURSELF IN ANY MEANING THAT RINGS A BELL.

SPEND YOUR TIME ON YOUR IMPROVEMENT. AND FIGHT AGAINST YOUR BORDERS AND BURDENS.

I DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT INGORING YOUR SOCIETY.

BUT I SUGGEST YOU TO REALIZE AND ANALYZE WHICH POSITION YOU ARE IN. aND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THERE,

CHANGE IT…
