SHARE HAPPINESS AND LOVE THAT YOU HAVE INSIDE

tumblr_mfehprnANV1rs9omco1_500No matter how far away we fall from our dreams,

God gives us another day with a full brightening landscape for our souls, just to make sure that we are going to try again.

..and again..and again…

There will be no limit to try for our goals in order to find our happiness.

We are the only creatures knowing the meaning of it. We are the ones who can describe it even with the many different vocabulary but still using happiness as a life adaptor.

Happiness is a connection between a soul and the life of its. It’s something more necessary than other cliches.

Because we all know that ‘staying alive’ will not be enough to ‘feel alive’.

Many people coming from many different backgrounds; wll still defend their own happy moments in ordar to describe how they feel in a new stituation whilw meeting each other.

It can look like a pschological experiment but it is true that when you are unconfortable in a position; you will automaticly remember your happy memories to survive there.

happinessIMAGEEven that coffe in the morning or your breakfast with your family will be rapidly becoming your last precious moments in your life with no background stiories that you had too tho.

In any moment that you feel unconfortable within, your brain will collobarate in the same path remindering you how happy you were before.

radioactive happiness face faces

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging fromcontentment to intense joy.

A variety ofbiological, psychological, religious and philosophical approaches have striven to define happiness and identify its sources.

Various research groups, including positive psychology,

endeavor to apply the scientific method to answer questions about what “happiness” is, and how it might be attained.

Philosophers and religious thinkers often define happiness in terms of living a good life, or flourishing,

rather than simply as an emotion. Happiness in this sense was used to translate the Greek Eudaimonia,

and is still used in virtue ethics.

Happiness economics suggests that measures of public happiness

should be used to supplement more traditional economic measures when evaluating the success of public policy.

Even though there are many scientific explanations about happiness itself;

we should be just aware of its being a God-given gift,

and it is also about appreciating ‘good’ moments that we have in your lives…

love-happiness-girl-heart-valentines-1920x1200We have so much love we have in our souls. We need to share it as much as we can too.

Remember when you step by a street worker, saying him just a little ‘Hi!…

You would be able to see him happier then that one minute ago.

This is simply ‘HAPPINESS’…

WHICH I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT JUST LOVE AFFAIRS AND SUCH.

I’M TALKIN ABOUT LOVING YOUR “CO-LIVER”, THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW MANY OF THEM PERSONALLY…

I’M TALKIN ABOUT SHARING HAPPINESS WITHOUT WAITING A BAD TIME COMES TO MAKE YOU REMEMBER HOW HAPPY YOU WERE BEFORE…

6418B36294E4419DAAFEC15E6F03BC57.ashxTODAY CAN BE THAT DAY YOU REALIZE AND YOU FEEL HOW HAPPY YOU ARE;

AND HOW MUCH HAPPINES YOU HAVE INSIDE

AND YOU ARE ABLE TO SHARE WITH ALL PEOPLE AROUND.

Just like an angel comes and shows…

Bacuse we all know that motivation makes life easier;

Motivations direct and energize behavior, while emotions provide the affective component to motivation, positive or negative.

In the early 1970s, Paul Ekman and colleagues began a line of research that suggests that many emotions are universal.

He found evidence that humans share at least five basic emotions: fear, sadness, HAPPINESS, anger, and disgust.

Social emotions evidently evolved to motivate social behaviors that were adaptive in the EEA.

For example, spite seems to work against the individual but it can establish an individual’s reputation as someone to be feared.

Shame and pride can motivate behaviors that help one maintain one’s standing in a community, and self-esteem is one’s estimate of one’s status.

IN THE NAME OF UNCONDITIONALITY

521761_2971507371974_1390464649_32533376_1500516511_n

I am not suggesting a world of equality for everyone; I am, however, imagining a world of my own in which everyone will be loved equally.

A dream world where there are no prejudices… I dream of people loving each other as innocently as the animals do…

A world, for example, where races are intermixed but not mixed with prejudices; a world of pure love…

I wish to meet other  people with no consideration on neither part with regard to color or voice.

I am not in pursuing full agreement between people; it is enough to be at that point of trying to understand.

I wish that two strangers greet each other when passing by each other.

I dream of lives being as simple as just expressing a wish from the other.

Not even words have to be spoken; a simple movement of the head being understood fully by the other.

Agreement is not important; understanding is my dream…

The world in which we live at present saddens me unwillingly.

The crowds passing by a fallen person on the street with unseeing eyes fills my heart with pain.

I am rebelling against this post-modern negligence of the other. Is it difficult to love the world and other human beings unconditionally?..

Is it that hard to show and to share love and respect?

Documentaries share with us the sacrificing relations among multitudes of animals; why should such a treasure not be shared among the humans of this world?

When did we become so egocentric? When was it that we started to lose emotions?…

Why should it be a burden on the shoulders to give a little smile and create even the tiniest joy in another’s life?..

When did we lose politeness? When did we get so silent and started to live in little personal boxes?

When was it that reactions only surfaced for only material interests?

When was it that cooperating and sharing with others became so impossible?

When did we forget that we belonged to the nature and remained silent when trees were replaced by tall buildings?

And did this alienation start? How did we allow ourselves to ride the same elevators without recognizing the neighbors?

There is a deep silence among all the noise of this world…

Everyone is talking now but nobody hears the other…

I humbly suggest and wish that we make a difference today :

Smile at someone passing by you on the street, thank with all sincerity to the janitor collecting your waste bin, sit near someone on a bench and say hello to him…

I wish that you make a difference today: give a piece of your toast to a street cat and pat him, or pat the head of a dog for no reason at all…

Feel yourself alive and all those around you feel the same…

Make a difference and feel the unconditionality of life and breathe!

IF YOU HAD KNOWN ME…

319284_246122212105181_200695789981157_771703_1493316010_n

If you had known me you would have remained silent when I was screaming

If at first you would not understand or even fear, then you would certainly come near

You would reach out to embrace me but then burn in my cold

Then maybe you would listen or maybe you would reproach

Still you would wish to hear

But I did not know myself what to say what to show

Sometimes mornings do not bring the sun and sometimes the nights do not darken in my life

My feelings contradicting each other, my heart stops in silence

You would not understand and you would be afraid…

Sometimes you would rejoice at having known me

Sometimes you would cry for not having yet understood

Feeling me near you when I was not there

Catching my absence when I was indeed there

You did not wish to move back and pushed the time instead ahead

Then seeing my captivity in my errors

You would also question life

Did you understand, probably not

Did you feel, probably yes

If you ask me if I would be sure

I would tell you that nothing in life is reflected from its definition

The expressions which you have brought up

would sometimes remain in the shade and be cold

or would sometimes be left under the sun and fade, I would say.

Neither would you rest against me and find comfort

Nor would I trust you and find love

Beginning of FREEDOM

Freedom2

Freedom is hidden within one’s self…

To grasp that feeling without searching the definitions in the philosophies, one should look at the mirror.

Freedom does not arrive without sweeping away the wounds of the consciousness initially.

One can not hear the voice of freedom without silencing the noise of life…

One needs to free herself from the scars, the chains and the connections of all painful experiences and even the shades of happy times…

It is not as simple as learning to live in the moment. Nevertheless, we need to understand the moment; t

he causes, the consequences should be taken away from the burdens which still lie silently over the shoulders, placing these into the deep chests of the heart…

Only then can the soul find a vast landscape to gaze into.

Even if we still carry the smells of all people we have known, the streets we have crossed, as they are now wide away and hands can no longer reach them, we can relax and think “so all that was meant to be experienced”.

People have entered our lives for a reason or for a season, and so it is…

freedom

Everyone and every event has a reason embedded deep within…

One should start with forgiving herself and never regret the experiences;

then one should accept and forgive all the guests who have visited one’s life, breaking down all judgments and all the feelings of blame…

Life is not lived once actually…

Every morning is the beginning of the new life.

Every new sun is born for new expectations

and God gives one a new chance to anyone who wishes to practice the lessons learned so far…

freedom-cmyk-large

Tomorrow when you wake up, you will have the notes you have taken in the classes of life;

You will have the experiences you have saved,

You will see with eyes shining with a deeper attention.

TOMORROW LIFE WILL START FOR YOU ONCE AGAIN…

ALL YOU NEED IS TO FORGIVE YOURSELF IF STILL FEELING GUILTY

AND

EXCUSE ALL EXPERIENCES IF YOU ARE STILL BLAMING YOUR HISTORY…

‘Life’ coming across ‘Wishes’

Aladdin and the Genie

Aladdin is a child laborer who works for a guy that exchanges “new lamps for old”. This guy swaps a “new” lamp for 2-3 replacement old lamps, then brings back the old lamps for Aladdin to polish and make look like new. One day Aladdin sees a princess riding by as he looks out the window, and he falls for her. But then he must return to his lamp polishing. As he polishes one of the old lamps, a genie comes out and offers Aladdin the opportunity to escape the drudgery of his life. Of course, Aladdin’s wish is to marry the princess, but even with the genie’s help he encounters a few obstacles, including that of the Sultan accidentally swallowing his lamp…

I still remember that day when I watched the movie. I was trying to figure out and to list my wishes, but I wasn’t able to choose what I need or what I want and to make a list… Maybe I wasn’t even truely wishing something. maybe evetything was just possible back then…

But I grew up an I had a real long list of my wishes…

That’s how the life is.

When I was a teenager, I met with love and fears. My list had a challenge between my wishes and my fears.  They were generally including a “NOT”… (not loosing, not dying etc…)
Beccause I met with the  death in those years and I had many personal failures.

Years after, in sense of many memories and experiences, I finally decided on my ‘top 3’ : HEALTH, LOVE and HOPE…

Now I deeply know how much important are those three key wishes for a life to go on and to go on ‘happily’. Goals, wars, passions and daily calculations lost my attention after years. Running in circles lost its meaning. Once I was hoping to find a ‘magical lamb’, now I found a better tool: spiritual enlightenment – spiritual awakening…

awakening-294x300

A definition of spiritual enlightenment or spiritual awakening  is hard to pin down. This is, in part, because “spiritual enlightenment” and “spiritual awakening” have been used in so many ways to describe so many things, similar to the way in which “love” is used to describe everything from a preference for ice cream to a merging with everything. And it is also because spiritual enlightenment and spiritual awakening are such rich and complex experiences that they are innately hard to define.

Some definitions are very specific and narrow. One such definition for spiritual enlightenment is the complete dissolution of one’s identity as a separate self with no trace of the egoic mind remaining. This sets the bar very high and means that very few people qualify as enlightened… The opposite approach is to say that everyone is enlightened, that there is only awake consciousness. In this view, it’s only a question of whether this natural awakeness has been recognized or not. Of course, when a word describes everything or everyone, it loses some of its usefulness… Perhaps there’s a definition that includes both of these perspectives, which recognizes that consciousness is always awake and enlightened, but the amount of awakeness, or aware consciousness, that is present in any moment can vary. This definition acknowledges that there’s a difference in the amount of awakeness, or enlightened consciousness, that different people experience or that one person experiences at different times but still suggests that the potential for full awareness or becoming enlightened is the same for everybody. If every apparent individual consciousness is infinite in its potential, then each can also be infinite both in its capacity to expand or awaken and in its capacity to contract or identify with a narrow or limited experience. If all consciousness is made of the same essential awareness and light, and if everyone has an equal potential for enlightenment  then all expressions of consciousness are equally valid and valuable. Everyone truly is a Buddha or enlightened being, at least in potential. So defining enlightenment in many ways now makes sense, depending on what is being pointed to. One may use the word enlightenment to point to the state of self-realization beyond the ego or to point to the innate potential for this realization in all of us. As for differentiating between the words enlightenment and awakening, “enlightenment” implies a more finished and constant state of realization, while “awakening” has more of the active quality of a verb and therefore suggests a movement or shift in consciousness. An awakening may be defined as a sudden increase in the overall amount of consciousness an individual is experiencing. There can be small awakenings and bigger awakenings. Not only does consciousness have unlimited potential for the amount of awakeness, but it also has an unlimited potential to shift in any way, at any moment. Consciousness can and sometimes does shift from contracted states of fear, anger, or hurt to expanded states of peace and joy in an instant. Unfortunately, it can also shift in the other direction. Consciousness has no fixed state.

What really matters is what your awareness is doing right now. How is your consciousness appearing or shifting in this moment? Are you realizing more of your experience and Essence right now? Or are you contracting and limiting your awareness with thoughts and identification? Is any shifting happening from reading these words?

GATES OF YOUR PARADISE

12282_534257206601976_1898724677_nMewlānā Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Balkhī
مولانا جلال‌الدین محمد بلخی
Jalal ad-Dīn Muhammad Rumi

Rumi’s importance is considered to transcend national and ethnic borders. His poems have been widely translated into many of the world’s languages and transposed into various formats. In 2007, he was described as the “most popular poet in America.

Rumi’s works are written in the New Persian language and his Mathnawi remains one of the purest literary glories of Persia, and one of the crowning glories of the Persian language. A Persian literary renaissance (in the 8th/9th century), alongside the development of Sufism, started in regions of Sistan, Khorāsān and Transoxiana and by the 10th/11th century, it reinforced the Persian language as the preferred literary and cultural language in the Persian Islamic world. His original works are widely read today in their original language across the Persian-speaking world (Iran, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and parts of Persian speaking Central Asia).Translations of his works are very popular in other countries. His poetry has influenced Persian literature as well as Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish and some other Iranic, Turkic and Indic languages written in Perso-Arabic script e.g. Pashto, Ottoman Turkish, Chagatai language and Sindhi.

“Why should I seek? I am the same as
He. His essence speaks through me.

I have been looking for myself”

“Come, come, whoever you are,
Wanderer, idolater, worshiper of fire,
Come even though you have broken your vows a thousand times,
Come, and come yet again.
Ours is not a caravan of despair”

It is often said that the teachings of Rumi are ecumenical in nature. For Rumi, religion was mostly a personal experience and not limited to logical arguments or perceptions of the senses.Creative love, or the urge to rejoin the spirit to divinity, was the goal towards which every thing moves. The dignity of life, in particular human life (which is conscious of its divine origin and goal), was important…

Rumi-Quote the_breeze_rumi

Rumi was an evolutionary thinker in the sense that he believed that the spirit after devolution from the divine Ego undergoes an evolutionary process by which it comes nearer and nearer to the same divine Ego.  All matter in the universe obeys this law and this movement is due to an inbuilt urge (which Rumi calls “love”) to evolve and seek enjoinment with the divinity from which it has emerged. Evolution into a human being from an animal is only one stage in this process. The doctrine of the Fall of Adam is reinterpreted as the devolution of the Ego from the universal ground of divinity and is a universal, cosmic phenomenon. The French philosopher Henri Bergson‘s idea of life being creative and evolutionary is similar, though unlike Bergson, Rumi believes that there is a specific goal to the process: the attainment of God. For Rumi, God is the ground as well as the goal of all existence.

However Rumi need not be considered a biological evolutionary creationist. In view of the fact that Rumi lived hundreds of years before Darwin, and was least interested in scientific theories, it is probable to conclude that he does not deal with biological evolution at all. Rather he is concerned with the spiritual evolution of a human being: Man not conscious of God is akin to an animal and true consciousness makes him divine. Nicholson has seen this as a Neo-Platonic doctrine: the universal soul working through the various spheres of being, a doctrine introduced into Islam by Muslim philosophers like Al Farabi and being related at the same time to Ibn Sina‘s idea of love as the magnetically working power by which life is driven into an upward trend.

I GAVE YOU ALL THESE INFORMATION FOR A REASON:

forgiveness

AND

Love friendship quotes

THAT WE ALL NEED FOR LIFE BUT FOR A ‘REAL’ LIFE THAT WE ALWAYS DREAM ABOUT…

IF YOU ASK ME:

cant forgive

THEN IT MEANS THAT YOU STUCK IN A MATERIAL WORLD FULL OF PAIN AND WARS THAT YOU DO NOT BELONG TO…

I DID SO MANY MISTAKES IN MY LIFE.. SO MUCH THAT I STILL CAN NOT FORGET. THOSE CHOICES THAT I MADE AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES THAT HURT ME SO DEEP, WERE MY BURDENS THROUGH MY HEART AND MY LIFE. I COULD NOT TAKE A STEP OUT FROM MY PAIN UNTIL I LEARNED TO FORGIVE MYSELF AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE MY REASONS OR WHO WERE A PART OF MY CONSEQUENCES.

WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER, THOSE PROBLEMS WERE JUST A DESTINY FROM MY POINT OF VIEW. THEN I REALIZED THAT THERE WERE ALL ABOUT ME AND MY CHOICES FOR MY FUTURE.

I WAS ALWAYS LISTENING A SUFI MUSIC WHEN I WAS HURT AND HOPELESS. I STILL REMEMBER HOW I WAS GETTING BETTER WHILE EACH SONG ON MY MUSIC ARCHIVE GOES ON….

I NEVER LEARNED ABOUT RUMI OR ANY THOUGHT ACCORDINGLY… BUT GETTING OLDER GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO ANALYZE WHAT I HAD AND WHAT I ALWAYS WILL HAVE: A SOUL TRYING TO REACH TO PARASIDE. BUT THIS PARADISE WASN’T SOMETHING RELATED TO THE DEATH. IT WAS A PART OF OUR LIFE. IT WAS ON EARTH…

ALL WE NEED TO DO IS TO ACCEPT WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DID. PAST IS PAST AND WE STILL HAVE OUR FUTURE…

THIS IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION.

THIS IS ABOUT OUR SOULS.

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FORGIVENESS AND LOVE INSIDE YOUR HEART.

AND I DON’T SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO FORGET; JUST FORGIVE ANYTHING THAT HURTS YOU.  START WITH YOURSELF. BUT WITHOUT USING YOUR WORDLY EXCUSES THAT YOUR USED TO LIVE WITH, UNTIL TODAY. THEN THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO PURPOSELY OR NOT TOOK A STEP IN YOUR LIFE AND WASTED YOUR LOVE, CARE, TRUST OR ANYTHING YOU WERE ‘GIVING’ THEM.

YOU CAN’T LIVE WITH ALL THAT PRIDE, HATE AND ANGER…

THEN LOVE YOURSELF.

LOVE, BECAUSE YOU WERE A GOOD FIGHTER WHO SURVIVED THROUGH MANY MISTAKES OR MOST DEFINITELY ‘EXPERIENCES’!

AFTER THAT, MAKE A DEAL WITH YOURSELF:

DO NOT EVER REPEAT YOUR PAST CHOICES.

self-forgiveness

YOU WILL SEE THE GATES OF YOUR PARASIDE…

AND YOU WILL FIND MORE LOVE THEN.

WE ARE ALL UNIQUE CREATIONS, WE ARE ALL MADE PERFECT. BUT WE NEED TO WORK HARDER ON OUR SPIRITS. THAT’S ALL…
